Always update your phone if you start losing service go to store and ask for assistance. My phone is now working and even got a discount applied that I did not know about.

The staff here was very helpful they put cartoons on for my children so I could get my phone taken care of

The store was quiet but had a clean feel to it. I just wish it was easier for me to see what they were doing with my account. I was trying to set one up and there was an error but once I got past a certain point it was hard to do it either online or in person. Their credit questions aren't very forward.
