“We reserved a table for a bachelorette party. I liked that we received chips back in order to purchase drinks throughout the night. I have NEVER been line dancing before so the lessons were helpful. If you wanted to get out and try to dance with the others even if you didn't know the song/dance the regulars (or maybe they were people that just knew what they were doing) were very helpful in kind of directing you what to do. Felt like a small town bar but in a bigger city.”

“I arrived at 10am to open a checking account. Was greeted with a greeting, smile, and willing attitude. Guess what! He's the only banker today! He was able to setup account AND now my direct deposit that hit yesterday into a closed account will now fund on Monday like Chase told me yesterday...the representative on the phone gets 10 stars like Javier!!”
“The majority of the time we use the Bank Machine and drive up here. Whether we use drive up or go inside the tellers have been friendly and provide good customer service. The lines inside can be long on pay days and the beginning of the month. The bank machine has heavy usage and lines about 70% of the time during prime bank hours. The parking lot is on the smaller side and parking can be an issue. You can park in the lot to the North of the bank since the building on the corner is empty. The speed of the drive up varies depending on what the customer needs to accomplish. Most of the time we can get thru in 10 minutes or less.”

“We made some changes to our account today. As we entered we were greeted by a friendly, Hi, how may I help? We were told to have a seat and someone would be with us shortly. We had planned on a lengthy wait but no more than 5 minutes later our names we called. I wish I could remember the Tellers name but I can't. She was super friendly and personable while continuing our transaction. She was thorough asking us to confirm all information entered before processing the transaction. Everything went smoothly and we were in and out of the bank in a little over 15 minutes. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service provided during our visit. The day-to-day dealings, cashing/depositing checks and ATM function have never been an issue.”
