“The service department here is top notch. They performed a warranty repair for me and kept me updated on issues through the whole replacement. I have had tires installed here in the past. The mechanics were quick, and helped me select a set when the ones I wanted were out of stock. BGI is very supportive of the Indy bicycling community, so that is an added bonus on to of their great mechanics and service.”

“I went in to have the clip on my seat replaced. He only charged $5 and also adjusted my rear brakes. So, I bought a seat from him as well, which he installed the seat was $40 . I paid him $52 Dollars and told him to keep the change. His customer service was top notch!!”
“I was looking for a new bicycle. I phoned Matthews first and received good answers to my questions. Then I went into Matthews and they had the bicycle I was looking for. In addition, I was given options regarding my existing bike that I wasn't aware of. I decided to buy the new bike. I can't stress enough how personable, helpful, and knowledgeable everyone at the shop is. I am so happy to know that there are still places like Matthews and they have been in business for a long time which gives me confidence that they will be there if I need additional assistance. “Great experience of equipment purchase, from the moment we walked into the showroom to delivery setup. Had an honest, accurate online estimate of what it would cost to repair my old treadmill, great in-store counseling from sales expert Todd on what I needed (& could afford), flexible delivery options from Preston at the warehouse--&, finally, the 2 most helpful, competent delivery people in the world. Due to a tricky doorway inside my house, delivery had to disassemble, then reassemble, the entire new treadmill. It took 2 hrs--& not a complaint or groan heard from them! Everyone here is such a professional & so invested in the success of this superior local business. Kudos, all!”
