Very annoying to arrive on a 11pm flight and have 2 agents working with a line 17 Deep of unique customers. The worker seems friendly but this isn’t cool… they get 2 stars just because the worker is nice.

Attention to detail would help. They give you a car, you walk all the way out, find it and the gate guard says you can't take this car, it has a safety recall on it. Back into the counter, more paperwork, another car and another delay and you're finally out of the airport in RUSH hour traffic. Such fun.
