Heromi as the supervisor is a horrible individual who takes away days from workers and causes issues with her workers, the supervisors in charged of house cleaning are horrible, Fire those supervisors, I AM VERY UNHAPPY SEEING AND HEARING THESE THINGS

Rooms are outdated but adequate. Lighting is not great for reading. Free parking and coffee. Plenty of choices for dining nearby. No breakfast. Full kitchen. A lending library where you can borrow a blender, GF grill, toaster oven etc. Location right off the freeway.

The location is perfect-close to restaurants and attractions. The entire staff are very helpful. Clean property inside out. I was recognized IHG loyal Member.
