“Alex at Vivid Automotive in Indianapolis did an EXCELLENT job tinting my GMC Acadia windows. He clearly explained what he could NOT do too - tint my sunroof, because it might shatter!! I selected the % darkening that is still legal but REALLY helps with the glare coming through my front and side windows!
Alex's prices were very reasonable, and he explained that there would be a few bubbles for the first week. These disappeared completely!

“Great tint shop. Has tinted over 5 of my vehicles over the past few years. Here’s a sample of a few. In addition, I had another Tesla and Jeep also tinted. They do a great job on the tint— I would highly recommend getting tint all the way around and atleast 70% on the windshield. It helps cut down heat from the sun drastically!!

“This business went above and beyond my expectations. A mistake was made when installing my windshield and water came inside the car after a heavy rain. They sent a service tech and he noticed the problem right away. He patched until another new windshield arrived. Came to my work and installed. Then they insisted I get a quote for the inside of my car to get totally detailed since water got inside from the rain. I gave them the quote and they've already sent the check and it's prepaid!!”

“Our car was rear ended. It didn't look like a lot of damage but after Tom Wood looked at it, there was a lot of underneath damage not easily seen. Although it took about a month to get our car back it was worth it as it looks like new Tom Wood had some miscommunication with Hertz and the insurance company. Seems the insurance company did not like the fact that we needed a rental car for a week while Tom Wood ordered parts The 3 parties, Insurance, Car Rental and Tom Wood would not accept responsibility for the week car rental charge and $200+ defaulted to us. Discouraging but none the less the car was well repaired.”

They offered me a loaner tire since I had no spare tire and were able to get the correct tire ordered for me the next day! They stayed an hour past close to help me! “When I entered the Belle Tire in Cumberland, IN the managers where immediately there to help me even though I did not have an appointment. I was in and out in a very reasonable time. The waiting area/restroom was neat and clean and coffee & snacks were fresh and available. The managers were focused and engaged the entire time helping customers, answering the phone, checking on the service technicians, and keeping me/other customers updated. Managers were very cordial, thorough, and helpful with me and the other customers. This was my first visit to Belle Tire. It most certainly will not be my last.”

Last week, I noticed a large crack in my windshield that seemed to appear out of nowhere. I wasn’t sure if it was from heat expansion or the weather changing, but I knew it needed to be fixed. My insurance company had SafeLite on their list of recommended providers, and my sister also mentioned them, so I decided to schedule an appointment.
The first appointment was rescheduled due to bad weather, which was understandable. On the day of service, the technicians arrived right on time. They explained what they were going to do, I handed them my keys, and about an hour later the job was done. They walked me through the post-care instructions, and that was it—no hassle, no frustration, no mess.
