“We are from out of town and here on a holiday weekend. We developed a tire leak and needed to fix it before we returned home. We tried several nearby repair shops who couldn't help us and finally Belle tire in Carmel said bring it in. They looked at the car, not long after we brought it in, and then removed a screw, patched the tire, and didn't charge us. We are grateful to Quention Griffin, and all the people at Belle tire who helped us. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat.”

“Had significant hail damage and after trying to get quotes (to no avail) from several local body shops, I was shocked at the fast response from them. Very thorough explanation of the process as well as providing a loaner vehicle. Although my insurance company was not the easiest for them to deal with, when I got my car back, I was absolutely speechless! It’s even more beautiful than it was before! They even detailed the inside! I will recommend them to everyone.”

He got us in last minute and got us in and out of the shop within no more than one hour. “I was so impressed with the service and respect shown here!!! My son just had two tires put on. Very reasonably priced. They thought that there could potentially be a problem with the bolts pertaining to the struts. . Prepared us with the extra price it would be in case there was a problem. Come to find out the bolts were able to be moved and all is well. They could’ve easily ripped us off knowing that my son and I don’t know much about cars. They were honest fast and even fit us in after my husband accidentally booked us at another location. We will be back!!!! Great job guys!!!!!”

“These are the most honest mechanics I’ve ever met. One time, I brought in my vehicle with an issue, and when they couldn’t find what it was, only charged m3 $10. Just today, they found an issue that arose from a different place that worked on my car (looking at you jiffy lube down the street), and they charged me nothing. “The Belle Tire in Fishers off of Britton Park Rd is the best! Their store manager, Joshua Ottinger, has unmatched customer service that you don’t see most places these day. He always does his best to fit us into their busy work schedule when he can. He always seems to treat people super well and is also very kind on the phone- even when you can tell they’re really busy and probably overwhelemed. This guy is the main reason we keep coming back to this location! Hire more like him! Thanks for helping us trust a shop Joshua!! For a lot of us- it’s not easy trusting car repair shops. “**** Update from 2 to 4 stars for follow-through.My original review stands as a snapshot of a poor experience with this location and has not been edited. HOWEVER, after dealing with several health issues I was able to follow-up on the repair and had the genuine pleasure of meeting Jason, the regional manager for Gerber. Jason was kind, patient and truly listened to my concerns. Jason assured me that changes were being made at the Westfield location and that he would personally look after our car. I dropped the car off a few days later and Jason kept in touch with me himself the entire time it was there. I am happy to say that I went back this morning and, while I can still tell there was a repair done (10 years as a claims adjuster makes you see tiny details), the average consumer would not. I am cautiously optimistic that things are turning around at the Westfield location and would give them another chance should the needs for body work arise.- Original review:I am a former claims adjuster and have many years of experience dealing with body shops. I was called 3 times to make sure I was going to show up for my appointment that I had to wait 2 months for. After spending all that time making sure I was going to show up, they either ordered or received the wrong headlamp assembly, someone should have caught this BEFORE I dropped my car off. When I got my initial estimate I informed them that I had filed a claim with my insurance and that any differences or supplements needed to go through them. Somehow I was listed as a "self-pay" and I had to remind their staff on 2 separate occasions to notify my insurance of any supplements. It took a full two weeks to replace a headlight assy and paint the hood. There was a buckle in the hood that is still present, I may as well just have replaced the headlamp and saved the money on the hood repair since the paint was not damaged and the whole point was for them to straighten it.Services: Painting”

“I have been a customer here since my first window repair many years ago after a break-in. Since then, they have never ceased to amaze me with their customer service! The receptionist was darling (I’m sorry I forgot her name!) and gave me a smile that lasted throughout the rainy yucky day. The technician, Jason, was AMAZING and had exceptional customer service skills. He called to inform me of some minor, but important, information regarding my 4Runners previous owner’s windshield replacement (that they foolishly and clearly didn’t go to a Safelite to get it done at, lol). When picking up my vehicle, there happened to be a technician in the lobby, who also had exceptional service, by answering a couple questions I had enthusiastically and with genuine care. I will always go to this Safelite location for any and all window replacements/repairs. You won’t regret it!”
