Been having deer summer sausage made by Claus’ for several decades. Recently got some deer summer sausage made and a friend of mine took some to work. They now have over 10 new customers! Thank you for your excellence!

This place is legit. The owners or at least the guy working the counter is from Frankfurt. When you walk in the amazing smell of various sausages hits you full on. Then you HAVE to order all sorts of them. Everything is clearly hand made. I needed ground pork and they ground it on the spot for me. My new favorite store... read full comment
