I'm sure the employees are trying but the products are so consumer "unfriendly" and so muçh of their customer service is long phone trees,transfers and unintelligible people off shore that I couldn't handle it any longer. Good ridance!

Our address had the AES power company come and install a new power/ telephone pole. The old one was removed. Also, all the utilities moved to new pole. Comcast technician was a professional and on time at 8am sharp. He completed the job in 30 minutes and was very kind. Just a pro that every company needs.

I have had this service for years. My biggest complaint is the number of times/length of times service is interrupted. The communication during these occur ancestors is sparce.
