I have banks at financial center first credit union for many years. I have always found the staff friendly, professional, and willing to help with my needs. We refinanced our house through them because of their competitive rates. We have had no problems they were not willing to help with . We recommend their services.

The manager Dori is very nice and patient. Some of the tellers could use some more training in customer service.
