They get with you quickly and have helped me find my best options. This location itself is in a very busy area of Greenwood so the access road is a little wacky, but I've come to expect that anywhere I go in this town. The tellers were great the few times I've actually had to go inside. Definitely would recommend to others!”

We have used it for home mortgage, several automobile loans, multiple accounts - savings and checking. It is so easy to get to online and if you have a question an actual person answers the phone and talks with you. Amazing service! In addition, money is so easily accessible at any credit union ATM. Not to mention our credit and debit cards that we use every day. We cannot say enough about our credit union.”

Every single time that I have gone I have waited upwards of 30 minutes simply to deposit a check (can't do so at ATM due to my account type). Knowledgeable staff, but not timely service. I understand that this is more of a 'boutique' branch and not a teller shop like you would find in the suburbs but still.”

Customers are more than just a number here, unlike most banks/credit unions. If your credit is rough, they work with you! I really wish I could remember the name of the woman I worked with! She’s in the first office on the left. My credit isn’t great, and I told her how I was working to fix it and do better, and she took a chance on me! “I love this credit union, and this branch is particularly friendly. I've been a customer for over ten years, having done three different car loans through them and even shopped around for a mortgage there. The investment products have been unimpressive in my opinion, but they're a credit union and not a brokerage so I can't fault them for that. I don't go to this branch any more because traffic and parking is so inconvenient if you won't be in the Student Center for another reason already, but I would definitely recommend it to any students or employees who are there on a regular basis.”

“I’ve been with this credit union for many years.I moved to another side of town but kept them.I use a nearby credit union for deposits & withdrawls. They text me if there seems to be a fraud alert to let me say yes or no to a charge. I have no issues on this side. My gripe is... I can’t connect my family horizon bank accts on accounting softwares to download my transactions NOR can I connect to finance budget apps because they don’t partner with third partyPLAID as all the others do and they block MINT as I tried that too. Their own platform for tracking expenses is HIGHLY GENERIC! As an accountant I am frustrated! I can’t attach my banking anywhere else which simplifies my life because they don’t allow it.I don’t WANT to move my accounts from FHCU but I’m very tempted for this reason.”
