“I was fortunate enough to visit the Mattress Firm store located in Traders Point of Indianapolis and I cannot began to explain the excellent customer service I received. From the moment I entered to the time I left I was treated like royalty! I am an Amputee in need of a supreme comfortable bed and Dustin was right start to finish. He took his time suggested what he felt would work and he was right not skipping a beat. I made the best purchase and I am overly grateful he was there to assist! If anyone is currently looking for a mattress or mattresses I highly suggest visit that store and ask for Dustin. Trust me he will not disappoint you! I thank God and him and again I couldn’t be more grateful! Blessings to all!!”

“We worked with Sandi Wardell. We told her we needed a mattress that would support our backs/hips. Both my husband, and I, have back/hip issues. We narrowed it down to Tempur-Pedic - Ergo and Stearns & Foster Hybrig. We took a couple of days to think it over. We tested each bed again when we went back in to purchase. We settled on the Stearns & Foster because I did not feel the tension in my back. Sandi was very patient, understanding, answered our questions, gave us input on each mattress. This was our second time working with her. Two years ago, she helped us pick out the mattress for our son. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress. “Today we had Andrew and Ethan come and install a fireplace. Everything went as Peyton said it would as far as the scheduled date and time. “Highly recommend Denton’s if you need a new starter! I was in Indianapolis for the weekend and my truck wouldn’t start, ended up being the starter. Called Denton’s and spoke with the owner Terry. He was able to get my truck in and fixed same day. Jason was the gentleman that helped with the starter on my truck, genuine guy. “Skosh has a wonderful atmosphere, coffee, scent, and staff. Their baked goods are of great quality and fresh. The decor and goods for sale are hand picked and unique, definitely worth a look. I recommend their pistachio latte and the espresso lemonade. All in all, I highly recommend checking them out for your next cup of coffee in the Garfield Park neighborhood.”
“I thought my son ruined our newest Lovesac couch by stacking a highlighter pen into the cover - heavy in 4 spots. I known the e covers are washable and durable but this stain was insane. No way this was coming out. I waited a few months before even trying. (Made that base the ottoman and put a huge book over it to hide it.). Then I took the cover off - blotted with a little dish-soapy water, and could not believe the amount of neon yellow ink that came out onto the cloth and water. Let it dry. The next day we ran warm water over it to wet it and try another method and it came totally out with just the water. Let it dry in the sun and you can’t tell it ever happened. Amazing. I loved my LoveSac before - but this was beyond my expectations. (It is grey corded velvet so the yellow neon really showed before.). How could I do that on a fully upholstered regular couch? Love my LoveSac.”
“Wow, what an experience, no pressure, greeted by manager, no pressure to buy, other customers were as relaxed as we were. Love the option of all the treats(we donated that's such a gracious thing to do.) I had respect enough not to eat the cookies on the furniture.?. We are now looking to buy a kitchen table in January. “We called Best Value, talked to Ken on phone-told him what we wanted. Walked in the door 30 minutes later-he took us to a room, pointed at a mattress and said, "That's the one." It was perfect-but I couldn't believe it was that easy and had to lay on 5 others just to make sure. He was dead on from my description- It was that easy.Very honest guy, explains everything multiple times if you are financing and forces you to look at paperwork (lol). Gives you a great deal-we got a 2900 dollar mattress for 1200 bucks (Box springs included) because we told him that was what we wanted to spend on phone. Next day delivery. So easy- WILL NOT BUY A MATTRESS ANYWHERE ELSE EVER!!!! THE BEST! 10 STAR RATING!”

There were a few minor problems when we received our cabinets & she contacted Kraftmaid to order replacements which were received in a timely matter. “Rob and Kat are awesome! I had a warranty return on a mattress that did not work out for me. They help with the refund process and I put the credit towards the mattress that I wanted initially. Rob will definitely go the extra mile with customer service. Highly recommend going there to purchase your mattress.
Update, another rebate and return. Again, Rob let us take our time, answered all our questions and we chose similar but different mattress to suit our individual needs. We even got a refund on our credit!”
