She was at the register when I first walked in the store once the line was down she went and helped the people over at the paint department where a small group of people were waiting. Once the group of people at the paint department were all helped she went back to the register as a line had now formed. She was still so friendly and just making sure to help everyone as quickly as she could without the customers feeling rushed.”
“I fell in love with this place. They had tools at an affordable price. All I got was a wrench and a pair of gloves but I want to try one of their power tools to see how it does. Looking forward to it. At least I won't spend an arm and a leg”

“Locally owned family business with multiple locations. They had a huge selection with many varieties of hanging baskets, potted plants, bedding plants and bushes and trees. They are also a traditional hardware store and also have a large selection of outdoor furniture. There is even a small restaurant / bistro inside and they sell craft beer there.”
“I love how central this hardware store is to downtown, how vast their selection is despite being a smaller store (small only in comparison to the chain hardware stores), how friendly and knowledgeable the workers are, and how easy to navigate the store is for someone like me who usually pops in for odds and ends. “This was one of the best stocked Harbor Frieghts that I have been to. Every inch was covered it seemed, but not in a crowded way. I didn't have to hunt shelves or ask if they had something in the back, it was just there. This may have been because this visit was 1 week before Black Friday, but I was impressed. The lady at the register seemed a little grumpy and unfriendly, but that just comes with the good old Harbor Freight personality.”

“I took in a chain saw for repair. It was refreshing to have someone jeopardize a sale and retain such integrity. The gentleman told me the repair would come close to equaling the cost of replacement and wanted to make sure I sincerely wanted the work done. He did not want me to be unsatisfied. “I've been doing a summer remodeling project and have made several trips to the Shadeland Lowes location for materials. Aaron in the lumber department has been so helpful! He's so patient in helping me find the right pieces and then cutting the lumber for me. I'm not comfortable using a saw, so it has been extremely helpful. He also doesn't point, he actually takes you to show you where things are in the store! Amazing customer service, keeps me going back and doing more projects lol.”

“This is my "home base" harbor freight store. The staff is always extremely friendly. While many have gone above and beyond over the years, I have to give extra props to Alex. He goes out of his way every time to take the experience from A to A+. It's best to shop the coupons and deals they have here as almost everything will be on sale or have a discount sooner or later. Quality can vary, they have some fantastic quality stuff, some alright stuff, and some stuff that's less than desirable. However, for the prices almost everything is a steal. I've not had any problems with any of the hand tools which are warrantied for life, or anything labeled Bauer or Hercules. Warrior branded stuff can be hit or miss though. Overall I am extremely satisfied!”
