Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Indianapolis, IN Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store is always great with a familiar smell, and customers can find what they need. Many experiences are positive, with helpful, friendly, and excellent employees who know their hardware, take time, and are very nice. Some associates are described as outstanding help. Generally, everything is fine, prices are about what they are everywhere, and things usually go smoothly. However, one customer reported a bad experience with customer service where an associate was unhelpful, raised their voice, and did not accept a digital receipt from the Lowe’s app, requiring a physical one instead. This was noted as an unusual incident, with other cashiers at checkout being very helpful and friendly. Another associate was present to help complete the return.
I believe most the prices are a little less than their competitors but I was able to find what I needed easy enough with the Lowe's app. Otherwise it's a big store so more difficult to find what you are looking for.
