“I’ve had some incredible food here: a whole beer smoked chicken and their carrot cake gelato are things I still think about years later. Sandwiches are tasty. However I do think it’s overpriced, even for the quality. It doesn’t keep me from coming back, but it keeps it from being a regular spot. Also, the butchers are always friendly and helpful, but I’ve never had a good experience with the cashiers. Almost every interaction I’ve had at the register has felt like I’m bothering the staff with my patronage. This spot could easily become a great neighborhood joint, but the price and unfriendliness are probably the two things keeping it from being all that it could be.”

“Muffaletta! They have it mastered down to the bread! And I've had a couple in nola. But the other sandwiches also sound amazing. I look forward to trying more! Also the market is really great. Lots of amazing butters, honeys, crackers, chips, spreads, cheese, nuts, meat! I also really want to dive into all of the tinned fish and pickles there too. Great place to put together a gift basket and grab a snack. I hope to return often!”
“Well, I bought some bread there, it looked good but it was definitely damaged, put the delivery date. Please, I had to throw away the bread and my finances are worse than ever to be throwing away food.”
“Incredible market with amazing selection and really friendly and helpful staff. Rare items and amazing quality. I am eating a slice of their bacon right now. Possibly the best bacon in the US, and inexpensive for the quality. I wish I had tried this place 30 years ago when I first began visiting indy....”

“This is a great place to buy things in bulk. They do not have things in small packages, but if you need a lot of meat or cheese at a lower price than the store, this is the place to go. Friendly staff and great food quality.”
“We have had the Mixed Grill and Mixed Platter from here and it always comes up good. We have had Beef Shawarma and Shish Kabab and it's good. Only downside is you would have to wait so long for your order.”

“01/07/26- I discovered this establishment by surprise and am pleased to have done so.
Although road construction and closures made navigation challenging, we successfully arrived.
The owner, who was on site, demonstrated a warm demeanor and good humor despite his limited English proficiency.
The business offers an extensive selection of smoked and fresh meats, including bologna, salami, and other delicatessen products.
The owner provided thorough responses to our inquiries and offered valuable recommendations to facilitate our purchasing decisions.
We procured a variety of meats for meals over the ensuing days and intend to revisit the establishment upon our next visit to the area.”
