One of the most amazing places ever visited. If you are from or visiting Indianapolis better you stop by and try their slow cured meats. Smoking Goose! 10 stars/5 starts. Congratulations for all your procedures that makes an excellent final product. 100% recommended.

In town for the weekend and had to make an obligatory stop at Smoking Goose. Nolan was incredible and answered any and all of my questions. Delightful people, incredible meats and a curated selection of tinned fish, cheese, pickled foods and more. Couldn't be happier with my experience.
