I went there yesterday and Sam was behind the counter he was vary helpful and I bought a Samsung galaxy and when I got home it didn't wanna work but when I went back today he was there also and he was vary helpful again and he explained alot to me THANK YOU SAM I APPRECIATE IT (I have Autism so I was vary mad last night)

Went to four different Metro by T-Mobile locations and received little to no help/customer service but Ram at this store was very polite, helpful & knowledgeable about the service Metro provides. I hardly ever post reviews but I thought he deserved some recognition for a job well done & for having a great attitude.
