If you’ve ever thought a pawn shop was just a place to buy and sell stuff, you have not met this guy yet. The Don Father makes this feel less like a transaction and more like you gained a friend who wants to help you be the best you.
He doesn’t just help - he OVERHELPS. He breaks things down and makes sure you actually understand what you’re buying or selling, and somehow manages to make the experience feel honest, easy, and even fun at times.
If you’re anywhere nearby and haven’t stopped in yet - you’re missing out. Seriously, go see for yourself.

“Had a minor issue. And this pawn shop was amazing. They took care of me. Remember that pawn shops have strict rules. They set the rules and you operate under them. No returns. You have to pay for a warranty if you want one. You have to inspect everything you buy 100% and make a decision. Don't get mad if something doesn't work later and blame the employees. You should know it's a risk buying from the pawn shop.
Just remember if you have an issue to be kind. If you somehow need a refund you might not get one. You may have to exchange or pay money. But you should know that when I had an issue these people were kind and helped me. A plus”

Things definitely got off to a bad start, only because of one employee with a bad attitude problem, however maybe she was just having a bad day and took it out on me. Rest of the staff is top notch and great to work with, especially all the other ladies. Chanel and Miranda are awesome as well as the manager although I’m horrible with names and forgot hers.
This pawn shop is by far the best one in Indianapolis. They will buy nearly anything as long as it’s working and there’s at least some kind of market for it. Believe me, I’ve been to all the others and you wouldn’t believe the amount of really nice brand new things that they turned down. But not this place. Nearly everything I’ve brought them they’ve taken. Great Knowledgeable staff, they do the best they can to help you out. The best selection in town. Great place.”
