“Cory is the main person I have dealt with at this location, however, ALL of the women what work here are fabulous! I’ve only seen 1 man and he was a filler, he was nice too. They are usually very busy but take care of customers in a timely manner. I will say this to customers, it would help the staff if you showed up prepared. If it’s an Amazon return, you know you need to have either the QRcode or it must be pre labeled and packaged. Why aren’t you ready when you arrive. Stop holding up the line by not showing up prepared. I don’t mind waiting when the customers are prepared when they arrive. If you are just shipping UPS, you know you need the package to have specific information on it. The point is, be as prepared as possible so that there is less stress in the employees, especially when there is a line. They work hard to service us, the customer, let’s make it easier on them as a good customer!”
