Public Storage is an excellent and safe place to store things and memories. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They answered all questions, walked customers through easy navigation, and helped get new units quickly. Issues with a unit were taken care of within minutes. The office is nice and the representative was very resourceful, polite, and showed how to use a lock. Public Storage is recommended to family and friends. Today customers find the process easy. Public Storage is known for excellent care.
