“I just had the best Experience with the 2420 E Stop 11 Rd location. I was welcomed in by Amanda and Aubrey today after shopping around to find a storage unit to rent! Aubrey went above and beyond for me! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient explaining everything , all the details to me about the Unit. He also got me the best price out of all of the storage places I visited today. The unit I rented was clean but he took the extra step and to make sure the door would be easy for me to open and close! I also Received a free lock for my unit. I don’t write many reviews but I had to for Aubrey because of his outstanding customer service he provided me today!”

“I was at the Emerson Ave Beech Grove location today. Where I had the awesome pleaser in dealing with Anthony Fox! He is great, Anthony answered all of my questions, he was extremely helpful in getting me into a smaller unit and helping me save some money! I highly recommend this extra space location for anyone needing or looking for long/short term storage needs! This place is super clean, has whatever you’re looking for or need. We messed up the lock immediately lol & went to get Michelle. She was really awesome, super friendly & didn't make us feel dumb about the mistake. So far everything has been great!!

“Another one for Angel, I ended up not using my unit at all and while I paid for the first month straight away when I started the lease, I forgot to close it before this month which would've charged me for another whole month on a space I never even touched. Angel took the time out of her (probably not that busy but still) day to call me and tell me it'd, and I quote, "be petty to charge a whole extra month on a rental you never used". I originally chose this location because it's across from my childhood neighborhood and now it's where I'll go if I ever need a unit again.
Angel's got your back, and as with any lease agreement, it's those who are willing to be flexible to the realities of life that should have your business, lest you need that wink and nod some day.

“I've never had a storage unit before so I had a lot of questions.
Tammy, the Manager, and a trainee, Mileena, greeted me with smiles when I showed up.
Tammy was very polite, funny, and she seemed like a favorite aunt that I had never met. She was very clear on explaining the process, where my unit was, and had some great advice. She legit had me laughing ?
Mileena showed none of the nervousness of a first-day trainee and was super friendly, held eye contact, smiled, spoke clearly, was attentive to Tammy, and was honest about it being her first day.
I have never held a storage unit and to be honest...this is a very unsure time in my life, personally. When I showed up to the storage unit I was all smiles but underneath the surface I felt sad and a little scared of my near future.
Tammy and Mileena helped me feel a lot better that day, more than they could have ever known, and I am thankful. We need more people like them.”
“Things happen! How the issue is addressed by the business is how I measure service. Recently, a software glitch temporarily prevented access to our units. In our case, delays are very costly to the tune of about $150 an hour by having workers standing around. The manager “Douglas” took charge of the situation and resolved the issue immediately. He stayed with the issue until it was resolved and took the extraordinary step to notify me personally (after hours) as soon as it was resolved. Douglas is what every competent business owner hopes for in an ideal employee.”
“Nice Clean atmosphere. Arizona and Mrs. Pat are the best my unit is the perfect size I'm so glad I decided to go there just found out today that I do have a unit to take all my belongings to Wednesday of next week God is good. So I only needed them 7 days.”
