Super 8 by Wyndham Indianapolis receives mixed reviews from guests. Many praise the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and note the excellent parking and great, quiet location near local eateries and grocery stores. Several guests found their rooms to be clean, updated, and comfortable with a nice big TV, and felt the stay was worth the cost. However, significant maintenance and cleanliness issues are frequently reported. Problems include malfunctioning TVs, broken bathroom handles, a rocking toilet, and rooms that were only semi-clean with filthy appliances. A serious pest problem with cockroaches is noted. Some guests also experienced issues with electronic room keys and reported strong odors of weed in rooms. While some guests had a warm, comfortable stay and would recommend it, others faced disappointing conditions.
