The Westin Indianapolis is a gorgeous, modern, and vibrant high-rise hotel in the heart of downtown. The entire facility is immaculate, spacious, and very clean, with upscale design and decor. The hotel has been remodeled and is large enough to host conferences. Guestrooms are spacious and immaculate, featuring super soft beds and linens, large windows with downtown views, and modern, spacious bathrooms. The property is well-kept with a well-appointed, large gym on the third floor, though some equipment may need maintenance. There is also a club lounge on floor three, a great place to grab a hot and fresh breakfast, have a drink, or work, offering a great variety of snacks and drinks. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, welcoming, and efficient, genuinely grateful to welcome guests and eager to assist. The hotel bar and restaurant are great and very popular. One of the best attributes is the central, walkable location, steps from the capitol, restaurants, museums, shopping, entertainment, and the convention center. There is simply nothing to dislike at this outstanding hotel, which meets and exceeds high expectations for quality, exceptional service, and comfort. Guests definitely look forward to returning.

We went to Indianapolis for a Fever basketball game and stayed Saturday night at the Westin. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the area a lot! Only thing we didn't like was the jacked up price because of the game, a convention and concert in town that weekend.

The rooms are fantastic. The combination of the comfortable bed and large shower area made for a wonderful overnight stay.
