“I highly recommend Jasper Engines and Transmissions. I purchased an engine for my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 in late fall 2022. I had gotten 550k miles on my original motor (believe it or not gas not diesel), and it still ran great, but it was burning oil. After searching on multiple website for engines, I decided to go with Jasper as I had seen their trucks around the Indianapolis area for years.
At roughly 38k miles my Jasper engine, while still running great, had an oil leak. After testing, it was determined one of the cylinders had lost compression. Jasper supplied a 2nd engine at no charge, and paid the agreed labor rate to replace it.
Mechanical incidents happen, an engine has a lot of moving parts. My most important take-away from the situation is Jasper stands behind their warranty. I've recommended Jasper to all of my friends, and I will be buying from them in the future. With the cost of vehicles anymore, it makes sense to me to hang on to them as long as possible. My truck drives as good as new.
I still have my first vehicle (1990 Ford Ranger) in the barn, if I ever get to it I'm going to put a Jasper engine and transmission it in.”
“A great company is made up of great people. It's quite simple really. I called the broker, and told them to call to tell them my issues, and my ETA, and they didn't. I'm not gonna name names. “I recently visited an Amazon fulfillment center, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The outside of the building is super clean and well-kept — everything looks organized and modern, which already gives off a good vibe before you even walk in.
One thing that stood out right away was how respectful and helpful the people were. Everyone I interacted with was polite, patient, and seemed genuinely willing to help, whether it was answering questions or pointing me in the right direction. It definitely made the whole experience feel smoother and more welcoming.
Parking was also a breeze. There’s plenty of space, it’s easy to find a spot, and you don’t have to battle for parking like in some busy workplaces. Just pull in, park, and go — simple as that.
Overall, solid experience from the moment you arrive. Clean building, nice folks, and stress-free parking — can’t really ask for more.”

“Not sure what people are talking about with parking on the street for checkin, I just parked in the gate at the guard shack like the guy in front of me and had no problems. Maybe that’s only a thing right at the start of receiving when they have dozens of trucks coming in. Also they took me over a day early and everyone was nice, so these guys are gold in my book.”

“My experience here was awesome. I arrived last night at 9pm 10/30/25 for my 9am appointment the next day. I was able to rest on their lot since I was almost out of time. I was able to get a good nights sleep, though you will hear planes flying over since it’s right near the airport. I woke up the next morning, walked over to the gate and was given a door right away. No kidding, I was unloaded in 15 minutes and I had a full trailer. Both young ladies at the guard shack, night shift and morning shift were extremely polite and professional. I would give 10 stars if I could. Every place should be like this!”
