“Was running about 45 minutes late for a 7 am appointment. I was still able to get a door and get unloaded in less than 90 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were really sweet. You have to wait in the lobby while being unloaded.”
“I arrived at 7 am for a 9 am appointment, the guy gave a dock right away, 10 minutes to get unloaded, plenty of room to overnight, much better than any of the truck stops around here ? check in door for receiving is S6”
“Easy check in. Had a truck ahead of me so I had to wait not too long tho. Loaded very quickly. Very nice people at check in office. Shipping and Receiving are locate at different side of the building. Receiving is on left wing and Shipping is on the right wing of the building. Shipping door number is N3.”
“They receive overseas containers and work with Amazon top sellers FBA shipping. Warehouse is large and good for long term storage which is an ideal distribution center. They also trans-load.”
“3rd Smart warehouse that I've been to and they have all been a good experience.2 of them took me earlier than my appointment and the 3rd had me in a door by my appointment time. All of them had me unloaded and got me down the road quickly.”

“Nice place to deliver. Overnight parking. For live unload once you check in at gate ...proceed to gate and go to door 14W or 4w at the back of building but before you get there they will call and assign a dock door. Had 8.45am appt, checked in at 7am and by 8am they were done and yes my paperwork was signed.”
“Real-time unloading, you can only arrive 30 minutes in advance, don't arrive early or you will be allowed in! This yard is very small and there is no extra parking space. You can go to the dock as soon as you enter the door, and unloading is still very fast”
“Had a good experience… arived 12 hrs before the appointment. They have overnight parking available and a restroom for drivers near the guard shack. Polite talking… fast unloading… easy backup to dock”

“I can understand why people think they're rude but once again it's just running a business. Depending on which way you come in turn before the light they make you totally unhook and drop trailer. You have to text the number in order to check in. Simple easy was in and out in less than an hour for six pallets. I would recommend going when they first open better chances of getting in and out but watch for smaller cars and workers on forklifts.”
