“Due to an unfortunate shipping experience with an online retailer, I was referred to Sai’s as a “hail mary” to get an outfit on short notice. I was in desperate need of a lehenga for a wedding happening the very next day and was met immediately with a knowledgeable staff who basically knew my measurements just by looking at me. The staff went above and beyond with my incredibly short timeline to make sure I was taken care of, and even suggested jewelry to complete the look! I tried on a few outfits and was able to walk out with my lehenga the same day!! The customer service was amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I was introduced to Josiah Kaufman after mentioning to a friend how it’s impossible to find a dress shirt that fits me right. Long story short, I’ll never get another dress shirt anywhere else. They look great. They fit perfectly. And Josiah makes the whole process so easy, coming to my home or my office for measurements, fit checks, etc.
Apart from dress shirts, I’ve gotten suits, jackets, slacks, jeans, coats, even t-shirts and I’ve been thrilled with it all. Josiah always has great ideas for things I’m looking for (and even things I didn’t know I was looking for) and puts me in clothes I feel super confident in. I couldn’t be happier with his results.”
“I’ve both shopped and sold here. Both experiences were great. The prices are pretty good for the quality you get. I don’t feel any price gouging when I’m here. They are discerning about what they take, but I have no trouble finding cool items when I’m there. I usually look for unique hoodies when thrifting.
In terms of selling, the cash back is also good. I didn’t really know what to expect, but overall the amount received was worth it to me. I was able to drop off the clothes, run my other errands and pick up my offering.
I don’t know the staff members by name, but I just want to say the entire staff is attentive, organized, and polite. For a newer store, you all are doing great! I look forward to seeing you all soon!”

“Very clean store with lots of options. Their online customer service is fast and friendly. If you are a women’s 8/10, there can be a limited amount of regular length pants but they can order online for you.

“I’m in such a pickle trying to find a gown for a formal dance I’m going to volunteer for this Friday night.. I called the Toggery this Wednesday. The woman who helped me on the phone shopped for me with me on the phone to see what was in stock. With my needed larger size it made it easy for her on the phone call. “I have had nothing but issues with bras for the past few years with going up and down in clothing sizes, Tracie helped me get properly sized and helped me to find a bra that will be comfortable and fit properly. “Leon Tailoring is full of angels! The day before my wedding I found out another tailor had taken in the top of my wedding dress too much and it no longer fit. We stopped by to pick up my friend's dress for the wedding and asked for advice. Immediately, the team said, "Bring in your dress, and let's see what we can do".
