Had a pretty complex problem that Amanda saw through to the end. It was a few days process but she stayed on top of it, kept me updated, and ultimately, got it resolved. This store has great customer service.

Trenton helped me to upgrade my phone at the AT&T store in Jeffersonville! He had great customer service skills and was able to answer all my questions. He also helped us save some money and got us set up with AT&T fiber!

Recently my husband and I purchased new phones at the AT&T office in Jeffersonville near Heine Coffee. We are on the struggle bus with technology. The Manager Amanda and her associate Jason Foster took the time to answer all our questions. We truly appreciated their kindness and patience. They were a great team!
