“I had these guys do LVP flooring for my basement. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. They had a whole team that walked every foot of my basement after the installation crew finished, looking for even the smallest imperfections. Very impressed! Also, pricing was fair and the quality of flooring is great. I highly recommend this business.”
“I'm an individual, while most of their customers are builders or contractors. They seem to be used to dealing more with builders, but they tried to help us out to make up for our lack of expertise. Our sales rep came out to do measurements and offer advice that really helped shape the project and give us direction. There were a few imperfections after delivery, but everything came together and the result looks good.- They had a 30% restocking fee at the time, which was supposed to include return freight. We brought back 6 (of 12) bags of unused masonry cement that were not needed. We weren't told about the fee or that they could pick them up, so we were surprised to not get a full refund once we hauled them there. They are planning to change the policy to 20% (plus return freight for anything they have to pick up) which seems more reasonable.- Several limestone slabs had chips on the corners and edges. We changed the design to make them work, so it wasn't a problem for us. I was a little surprised that it is considered normal to deliver them this way, but they would have been willing to swap them out if we had requested it.- The pallet with the stone had a layer of white powder covering 1/4 of it, which took extra time to clean off. It was still pretty dark when it was delivered, so we didn't see it until later. They probably would have fixed this problem if we had asked, but it wasn't worth the delay.- Delivery was quoted at 5-7 weeks and it was about that long. Communication was pretty good throughout that time, though there is no mechanism to know the exact date of arrival ahead of time so it can be tricky to schedule masonry work until the product is actually received from their supplier. (Unless you want to pay more to have it shipped separately)”

“Ladies and gentleman - let me tell you. If you want quality service and exceptional value this business is the place for you.
Now, my experience is solely with the cabinet making side. I didn't shop the floor of the main warehouse. We dealt with Jacob to turn our drawings for our kitchen cabinets into a solid, wooden reality.
We ordered up some ordinary base cabinets and a complex pantry/built in stove unit, and Kentuckiana Warehouse provided quality craftsmanship AND... When we had two small issues with our order, Jacob stood by their product and helped us solve the problems immediately.
Needless to say, I am thrilled.
You may also like to know this: you'll pay about twice as much money to get something similar from Menards. (I had a quote from them.) At the end of the day, here's what I got: high quality customer service, an excellent product, and a fire sale price on these cabinets.
If you're looking for high end custom cabinets then you'd want to look somewhere else. (And you'd pay 2x-3x as much.) But, if you want durable, solid wood cabinets at the best possible price - anywhere - then this company will suit you perfectly.”
