“I arrived at 8:30 with 60’ rebar. Goto the 2ed entrance. It will say Rebar delivery. I was checked in and backed inside building in less than 3 min. You could pull straight inside building but they had me back in for what ever reason. It’s a straight back not a 90 degree. There is no Kentucky rd. What ever those reviewers talking about. It’s not even on the map…..Another rebar truck was getting unloaded outside by forklift so you can show up a lil earlier than 8:30. You could probably get away with onsite parking for a few but no overnight parking. They have mini gates on both entrances. Other reviews had me spooked since my next pick up is by appointment. Right now I have been on duty 26 min. Took off 16 straps and oversized banners. And they have just took off first bundle with the crane. Looks like 1 hour tops for this kid!!!”
“The switch to Will Call was not ideal but that being said, the fulfillment center does a great job at getting you parts in a timely fashion. Typically next day, worst case two day.”

“Bought cabinets from here a few years ago. Install was questionable and the vaneer wood seems to swell up inside the drawers from pretty minimal water contact. Not sure if that is normal in cabinets.
Overall they are fine.”

They had a whole team that walked every foot of my basement after the installation crew finished, looking for even the smallest imperfections. Very impressed!
