We make a special trip to that store in particular because there are two employees who when they see us they know what we're going to purchase and they know how to do their job so we are in and out of the store in no time. It's easy and less painful then if its the male co-worker. These ladies are both. As long as one of the two ladies are the cashier helping us with our purchases we're in and out and back on our way home in less then no time.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
