“I deal with a LOT of companies, everything from roofing to accounting software to HVAC and hardware stores, you name it. I have never been more impressed with any of them than I have been with Hawkeye. If a company gets things right in one or in a couple of areas, that’s a plus in my book. But, often I find that there may be strengths, as well as weaknesses. (And I admit, there are some companies with few to no strengths in my personal opinion.) Hawkeye stands above the rest kind of like Stark Tower in the Avengers. Your customer service is top notch whether I speak with the owner or someone else. Your technicians know exactly what they are talking about, and search out answers as they continue to build the relationship. Your billing is clear and concise. I have known exactly what to expect from the first quote all the way through install, to my monthly charges. I’m not trying to imply that there will never be an issue, or that I expect your company to perform perfectly. I’m just saying that in a world where companies seem to strive for mediocre, yours blows me away with excellence. Thank you for instilling confidence, and for being the gold standard. “My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Phillip today. We recently had all new appliances installed but unfortunately the color didn't match our kitchen and the freezer had a crack in it. After making a few phone calls, we were put in contact with Phillip. Phillip went above and beyond to make everything right and he spent about 2 hours walking around the store with us showing us different options to replace the other brand new appliances that would work better with our kitchen theme. “In April, 2025, my husband and I were in the market for a new GE refrigerator and GE stove. We had planned to go to a few appliance stores. We were at my sister’s house in the Highlands, so decided to go to Bonnycastle Appliance & TV first. Neither of us had ever been there. We were greeted by Dan Kaplan. His knowledge of each fridge and stove we were shown was impeccable. On top of that, he was very nice and patient. Our appliances were ordered at the end of May to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. We decided to also order a new GE microwave. Our appliances were delivered and installed by Lee with Empire Installation. A bin in our fridge was cracked and our microwave had a dent in the door. I called Dan the next day and he ordered the new bin and microwave door. They were delivered to our home within four or five days. We replaced the bin ourselves and an installer came out and replaced the microwave door. My husband and I highly recommend Dan Kaplan at Bonnycastle Appliance & TV! Thanks Dan & Bonnycastle management.”

“The Sound Factory did a wonderful Job installing a bluetooth radio in my older Honda CRV. The sound was perfect, I was able to make and receive hand-free phone calls, fast installation and excellent customer service. “I really like this target. The store is clean and put together. However, I do not recommend getting Target 360. They claim it’s free delivery services but there is a minimum of 35$ purchase plus the tip for the Shipt driver. I do not mind tipping, but only if my order arrives in the window I was given. Hit or miss on that.”

“I went to the Bashford Manor Target from another Target and was so glad that I did. The Bashford Manor Target is so well maintained and well stocked and the associates are very friendly and helpful. I found everything that I was looking for in the shoe department, as an example, very easily because products were in stock and where they were supposed to be. I was in and out without a lot of searching through piles of shoes or clothing to find what I was looking for. Their customer service within the store is awesome also. This Target is my preferred store from now on.”

I'm so glad cricket was my first stop today as it was a great way to begin the day. After telling me how young I looked (I'm 40?,) instead of turning me away and having me call 611 she actually got on chat with them herself and resolved the problem for me!? “Scott got me together!!;He sold me a PPI Amp for my subwoofers!!! And!! I know I'm hitting hard!! The amp push the subs so well that it broke my custom built box!!! Damn!! Two (2) Kicker Comp R 15 inch subwoofers without the Big 3 Upgrade!! No extra battery or capacitor yet!! Amp not properly set yet!!! And, still beating like Godzilla and King Kong fighting in the trunk!!”
