“So it was KY DERBY week, 2024 and I was in town from out-of-town with the need to meet the high bar of style and pomp for my various Derby related events...including the 'see and be seen' spectacles at Churchill Downs. On no notice, as a new customer and with multiple shirts and pants with ZERO margin for delay or error, Highland Cleaners on Bardstown road greeted me, inprocessed my account and turned all of my garments SAME Day on the Thursday of Derby Week! The customer service was just exceptional and the clothes were ready early! Use this cleaners for all your D/C and laundry needs...and, I even noticed they do residential p/u and delivery...A WINNER every day.”

I got a cold call one day from the owner Chuck. I was immediately impressed with how friendly and professional he was. I was so happy to meet his wife and business partner because she was the business woman I was searching for to meet my needs. She worked with me seamlessly on building a relationship, and it was very easy to map out how we can both work together to make things smoothly on both ends of our business. Their deliveries have always been on time, any adjustments needed have been dealt with in ample time, they have gone out of their way to try new products to give the best outcome towards my goals, and I genuinely enjoy working with them. The quality has been unmatched by 4 other businesses I tried before them. I'm very excited to grow with them.

“Always a pleasure to come here and tan. They do special promotions and have great beds/bulbs. Always clean comfortable and staff is friendly. I’ve been going for every spring and summer for last 8-9 years here now and will keep going. Last year when I thought they were gonna close for good I was bit heartbroken bc I like it here so much. But thankfully they are here to stay!! If u like a dark well blended tan this is where to go… and prices a fair too. My fave beds are 1-2 but that’s just my preference. Also remember too hydrated skin tans quicker more evenly and also will help maintain ur tan longer.”
“A good place for dry cleaning. Told them that it was urgent and they had the clothes ready for next day. They got rid of a stain during dry cleaning. That makes it worthwhile for the dry cleaning. Found this a little expensive though !!!”
“This cleaners is very courteous, fast and does a great job with your clothes or dry cleanable items. One of the main reasons for professional courteous treatment is because of the long term employee of over 20 years at the counter. “I been coming to Maj Cleaners for years b/c it very close to where I live and never had a problem. They get the job fast for a reasonably priced.The only draw back is the parking lot can be hard to maneuver when too many cars are in it. It sits near the corner of Bardstown Rd and Feganbush Ln. They are are across the street of Bill Collins Ford.”
“I have given different reviews to this place. First good then bad. I didn't realize they were remodeling and they were fixing the problem with the hot water. They just don't understand too much English. And I don't understand Spanish either. But the hot water problem is fixed. I think they had the hoses on wrong because only cold water wash and hot water rinse. You have to rinse in cold water to get rid of all the detergent. I really love it here. Nobody bothers me. And most of the customers are nice. The workers are really nice. And help when you have a problem. Always clean. Great place.”
“Laundry drop-off available. Hardworking and supportive staff. Change machines always in service, and machines always clean. Both top load and front load washing machines available. Rainbow Blossom, drug stores and several dining and dessert business within short walking distance. Thus is my go to laundromat.”
“A nice laundry mat with excellent air conditioning and lots of carts and parking. There are three washers with credit card readers, but no dryers, so make sure to bring cash for dryers, or you can use the ATM onsite. No rugs are allowed in dryers, so be aware of that.
Coin machines can break up to $20 bills. There's is a nice stall with snacks and laundry necessities if you need some.
Plenty of parking, but it can get busy. There are plenty of machines however.

“I've read complaints 'bout "out of order" machines, which I know nothing about but their drop off service is superb usually costs around 22 bucks (give or take a few $ depending on basket size) they provide the soap they fold & separate everything perfectly. I drop it off and pick up the next day. Did I mention it gives me back the 2 hours it usually takes me to do it. I've been going there for almost 10 years and it's always been fantastic with no complaints, & nowadays that's not easy to find .”

“A lot of lazy people come in to see what they take, logically the place is not responsible. Otherwise, be careful with your clothes. If the washing machines leave the clothes very clean, the person in charge is very pretty.”
“I have dropped off my laundry several times over the last few years. I pay for them to wash it for me. I've always been surprised by the price. This place is affordable. They've always filled my clothes and many times hung up and given me free hangers for my dress clothes. The establishment is clean, cheap and offers large efficient machines as well.”

“Went with a small load of laundry on a Monday morning. Andrea was welcoming, friendly, and explained everything perfectly. The facilities are clean and include various activities for kids, couches, massage chairs, an ATM, and a bills-to-quarters machine.As of this review, wash is $4.25 and takes about 30 minutes. The big dryers are $0.25 per 6 minutes and dry super fast.---Andrea, the owner, speaks a little Spanish and uses Google Translate to translate more complicated concepts. They are good people. The laundry room is clean and there are sofas where one can relax when waiting for their clothes.As of today, washing machines cost $4.25 each use and take about 30 minutes. Drying machines cost $0.25 every 6 minutes and dry quickly.”

“I come here to play their games have done well on them when I do come the laundry mat is also pretty clean. I know right now they have new washers and dryers replaced and are just waiting on installation call readers on them which is a good thing considering the old dryers kept having problems and had to be shut down so once these are officially up and running, I think it would be a lot better when it comes to doing laundry and also you just have new clean Machines band no more people waiting in line for dryers. It’s just a nice time For when you’re not doing laundry just to get out of the house and play their games for a few.”
“The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that quite a few machines were out of order. There were still plenty of functioning ones though and I had no trouble getting my laundry done.
What impressed me the most was the attendant cleaned and sanitized each washer and dryer after they were used. I've never seen another laundromat do that.
The washers were $4 and dryers were .25 for 3 minutes which is pretty standard.
This is my new go to laundromat for the large items I can't wash at home.

“*Updated review 6/9/23* Well once again it's been awhile since I visited. I used to visit at night but store hours have changed again so I decided to see if it was busy two days ago around 4:30-5pm and to my surprise it absolutely wasn't!!!! Also I'm still seeing negative reviews about different machines and the facility. I never have had any issues. I used 2 of the three $6 machines #s 31-33. Worked fine for me, then someone used all three after me as seen in the photo. Also the $4 machine #39 works. Dryers "X" & "Z" also work perfectly. So if you visit, I suggest using these machines. ?? Kudos to Economy Cleaners”
