“Caleb was so kind and patient with my mother—in-law, who wasn’t totally sold on a new bed. He was very understanding and not pushy with her at all!”

“Exceptional service and quality. The owners made sure we got the couch we really wanted. We checked the price of the same couch at other vendors and their prices were unbeatable. When we visited the store there was no pressure to buy a certain model. They allowed us to check everything out ourselves and make our own choice. They were quick to answer any questions and offer honest advice based on what we were looking for. Delivery and installation was professional and quick. We would highly recommend this company!”

“Fantastic customer service! I just had to have my mattress modified and could not have asked for a better experience. John made the process so easy, and Justin really took the time to find out what my needs were and went above and beyond to meet them. 10/10 recommend Bowles over any other mattress company any day.”

“We had a great experience at Bowles Mattress! Gary was wonderful to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. We absolutely love our new mattress! Gary even sent us a handwritten thank-you note afterward, which was such a nice personal touch. Great products, great customer service, and another reason to shop local! Highly recommend!”

“We purchased a bed 10 years ago. It is our guest bed and our company raves about how comfortable it is every time. Still comfortable after 10 years! Recently purchased another for our master bedroom. It arrived quickly. I immediately woke up after day one with no hip, back, shoulder pain. This mom of 2 says Thank You for the best sleep I have had in years!”
