“I went to Menards the other day and talked to an older man in flooring. He couldn't answer my questions and seemed bothered by me asking, so he got a young gentleman named Luke to help me. Luke answered every question and took time to advise me on different options. We walked out feeling secure that we knew exactly what supplies we need and who to come to when we get them. I am grateful this young man took time to help me. I give him five stars!”

“Loved this place! Did a tour through the lab and saw a lot of really cool bugs/insects. Our tour guide seemed to have a blast talking to everyone and explaining about the purpose and history of the butterfly farm. The gift shop also had a good selection of items.”

“Helpful, friendly, knowledgable, a resource for advice as well as top quality fish, plants, equipment and supplies. We are total novices who two years ago decided to dig a hole and fill it with fish. We bought two 5” Koi, waited a few weeks, then bought two more; one died (after many months, we don’t blame the store). The other 3 have thrived, rapidly growing to well over 12” in just those two years. A water lily I bought from them 4 years ago (my first purchase there) has been moved 3 times to 3 different ponds, indoors and out, and is still putting out blooms. Highly recommended.”
“Growers PARADISE!!! I genuinely love this place. They stock great products for us home growers. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right product for your needs. They have plant starts and even build cedar boxes. If you are new to gardening then they will help get you growing. They also sell compost soil by the scoop. The Flea off Market is held in the parking lot often and is a cool little market.”
“This was my second trip to Petals. I walk with a walker so I came through Digs (which has beautiful things), they were gracious enough to widen the isles for me and I made it to Petals. The saleswoman helped me pick out a very healthy beautiful pathos and a special ceramic pot for a birthday. She wrapped it up for me and carried it out to my car. I couldn't ask for better service or a more quality product. I will definitely be back.”

You could save yourself a lot of time and energy when someone explains how to use what you are buying.Home Depot has been around for quite awhile, thank goodness!”
“When I was checking out, I realized I grabbed the wrong product. Emma was checking me out at the time. Instead of pointing me in the correct direction and wander around looking for help, Emma walked me to the area, helped me find the sales associate for that section, and also helped me look for the correct product. This was one of the best interactions I have had at a store. The store was extremely busy but Emma taking the time to help created a great/memorable customer interaction! Emma is a Rockstar employee!!”
“Contacted Home Depot (hurstbourne) through the app to purchase a storm door and have it installed. Communication was perfect. They scheduled the measurement. Soon after called me to confirm the door and handle I wanted. After payment, I was contacted a couple days later to do the install. Perfect from start to finish.
Installed a Anderson 3000 full view storm door. Installed by a Home Depot contractor.”

Community minded and always willing to give a challenged employee a chance after completing a drug or alcohol treatment program, which is more than most companies do now a days. Emotionally rewarding to have worked there, but now retired.”
“Really appreciate store manager Christopher Nalley getting me a refund on an incomplete online order. I was credited $74 immediately to my debit card (for the delivery fee plus an apology credit towards future use in the store.) Then he immediately sent out the missing part of my order to me and waived the delivery charge. I didn't think customer service like this exists anymore.”

“Yesterday my daughter and I attended a Fall porch pot class at Walnut Ridge Nursery. Folks, you missed out on a great opportunity! Beautiful weather, friendly staff, informative instructor (thank you, Mike!). We were encouraged to add as many plants/as many varieties as we wanted to the HUGE pot provided, given helpful suggestions on design, and given a secret potion (!) to guarantee plant growth. For a relaxing, reasonable activity, keep an eye open for Walnut Ridge classes!”
