“Didn't know they could possibly keep my backpack blower for a month while under warranty during the fall when I needed it the most but, I know it will be fixed and I thought I posted this but, obviously I didn't. Got a call yesterday morning and it's ready to get picked up after a week and a half.???”
“We have expended many dollars at this store, I have been busy remodeling the house. Today I went to get some plywood. I asked a blonde female employee to help me to get some one to cut it. She refused, because she work in a different department. She show my her apron with the department written on it. “Great help”. I may have an Spanish accent, but I am a professional (MD). Maybe she have a problem with people with accents, but she understood well my accent. Or she may be plain racist. Then the employee that show up did not have something to measure, neither a pencil or safety glasses. I understand that the cut are not perfect, so I always give a 1/4 inch off. The plywood was cut off for more than 1/2 inch. I don not think he is happy working there. Maybe this 2 persons are not happy working on weekends. I am not sorry for them as for almost 40 years I was “ON” 24-7-365. The store need more education on how to use the equipment, and in relations with the public/racism. Thanks.”
