“Switching to this pharmacy has been the best decision ever. My prescription have always been filled and ready on time. I love how they keep me in formed on MyChart on the status if there is a delay or approval needed. So glad that I continue to stay connected to one of the best in louisville.”
“I was in need of my money that was sent by Walmart to Walmart, I went to 3 different locations and the workers were in a rush to hurry and get off work. I called st matthews Walmart and the manager Gary poloston, told me to come to his store and he wold wait for me. Thanks a lot Gary, I needed that money to pay bills early the next morning!”
“I have a wonderful customer service experience at this location today. Special shoutout to Christy, who helped me to retrieve my pickup order. She stepped up and helped me out, in a department I don’t believe was hers, to solve a problem she didn’t create. Thank you!!!”

“Jake and Warren stayed late to help out several people waiting in line! A bunch of people had called in so these two guys stepped up to the plate like some pros. Jake was a great conversationalist and had a great demeanor which helped and Warren was silently and efficiently filling the orders behind him. These two impressive gentlemen deserve a raise!”

“I have shopped at our Kroger in St. Matthews (Hubbards Lane) for over 25 years and think it's a nice place to shop. We have many other grocery options nearby like Whole Foods, Walmart, Target & Trader Joe's (my other go-to). They keep evolving with the times, with curb service groceries, etc. The produce is good quality for the $. The little clinic is handy. Many of the people at this Kroger have been working there a long time and are very friendly. My minor beef is with the deli. It takes forever to get meat sliced. The system they used to have was great because you could order at a kiosk and come back at the end of your shopping to pickup.”
