“This place is awesome! It’s right off the interstate and the next closest Shell is an hour’s drive away in Goshen!The bathrooms are CLEAN and paperless!The owner is a cool dude named Arsh who was incredibly helpful for me the other day. I had locked my keys and phone in my truck and he called around for me until someone came (the Plymouth sherif) and helped me gain entry to my vehicle!Anyway I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Do yourself a favor and stop in to check out what it has to offer. They even sell fishin bait too if you’re about to hit the lake! And sometimes he even makes his own pizzas which kick those Noble Roman’s pizza’s butts!Thanks again, Arsh!”

“Tracy and Crystinia are the absolute BEST!!! I came in almost crying and freaking out because my 3 month old daughter got a hair wrapped tightly around her finger, I ran in and just went to the first people I saw. Tracy immediately started to help without a second thought. Crystinia ran to the back for tweezers and came back to help. She cut the hair and the tightness stopped, she saved my daughter’s finger and I am so truly thankful for them???? They deserve a vacation day, a raise or something! They truly were wonderful!!!”
“Great customer service when our van’s alternator died. They came and picked it up at Potato Creek, fixed it after giving us a quote. Job took a little than expected but sounded like they were slammed with work and emergency towing so I understand. They even brought the van back to us and took a credit card for payment. I’m a big Apple Pay guy so be aware they do not take Apple Pay ?. Bottom line is if something else happens I’ll not hesitate to take my vehicle back to them. Thanks Tracy!”

“Not a bad place to stop for gas or a snack/drink. There are few gas pumps and they can be hard to get into due to the way they're situated. One of the exits back onto US 31 is typically full of large potholes, so keep that in mind. Friendly staff, decent prices, clean store. They rarely keep up with the few hot food items they have available, so this probably isn't the place to stop if you're wanting a hot dog or a sandwich.”
“My favorite store. Good food. The best coffee and really good Donuts. They're Cravens Market has really good sandwiches and burgers and burritos. And the price is not bad for what you would expect at a fueling Center. The employees are helpful very nice. The store is clean and so are the restrooms.”
“Staff is usually very friendly and knows everyone by name. Gas prices are competitive, food quality and prices could be improved. Parking lot could definitely use ALOT of attention!! Some of the holes could swallow up a small car!”
“This evening I ordered pizza from this location. I ordered one cheese and one sausage. I got home and realized one of them was a pepperoni pizza and not the sausage I had originally ordered. So I immediately called the store and told them the problem. They immediately were on the phone with corporate asking how to make the mistake right for the customer and said they would call back when they have a solution for me. When they called back they said they were going to let me redeem a pizza on them and to keep the other pizza. I went back to pick up the pizza I originally ordered and the clerk Brandie handed me money back. So not only did they give me a sausage pizza on them but they also gave me a refund for one of the pizzas. I have made them the only local pizza spot on my list I will go to from now on because of their amazing customer service. I was an occasional customer before but they will be seeing me more often. Family express south Michigan location is amazing. Its clean in there all the time too ? and they're never out of something or hesitant to assist in refilling Beverage Bay for a customer. The staff is so friendly and I will always go to this location. Thank you family express staff for going above and beyond for your customers!”

“Store and employees ate nice, but was a bit irritated today. They have a sticker on the diesel pumps showing you can use either your speedway point card or pilot myrewards card. Was told I had to do the transaction inside. Went to do it today and found they dont take it anymore. Said they sticker wad supposed to have been removed. Guessing it'll be there for awhile yet.”

“Always competitive gas prices. Station is clean and organized and staff is friendly. Has easy on and off from parking lot to road then to US30 with a traffic light. In parking with a Wal Mart, Wendy's and Applebee's, smal l strip mall just west in parking lot. And a car dealership at far west end of parking lot. A very convenient location for travelers.”
“We have used them for 35 plus years for our propane. We enjoy their summer special pricing and take advantage every year.Excellent customer and over the years their prices have stayed consistent.They are operating with a different process due to panademic but they have found a way to still make it work and be convientent for their customers.If you have not tried them for your LP needs please give them a try they have supported this community for years and have a great reputable business.”
