“I stopped here with an intent to buy a cheaper wedge sole boot but the super friendly staff sold me on Thorogood’s. I was slightly concerned about a stiff spot in the boot and if it would “break in”. They installed some sort of expander tool in the boot and sprayed it with a solution. Put the boots back on and my concern was gone. I’ve been wearing them a couple of days now and I’m so happy the staff got me in them. Good old fashion customer service and advise!”
