They remodeled all the units and are continuing to make changes for the better. They added a dog park, and a playground. They have so many things in the future that I can’t wait to see! “Among several property management companies which have managed our rental properties, Distinctive Rental Properties is definitely the best. Julie, Dianna, and their team are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. They treat our properties like their own and do a great job finding qualified tenants. They are also very keen and timely on necessary home repairs and maintenance. One time the furnace stopped working at night in one of our rental properties right before Thanksgiving holiday, Julie drove to Home Depot herself to purchase several heaters to keep the home warm while being able to arrange for the repairs the next morning.
