“When living here through Purdue's master lease, the facilities were excellent, the staff were very helpful and kind, from maintenance to the front desk. The location is excellent, the parking is within standard rates for the area, and the units have excellent countertops. My only (and marginal) critique after re-signing through Fuse directly was the eerie and uncharacteristically cold communication immediately prior to move-in. While they aren't contractually obligated to provide accommodations for early move in (with the earliest move in date available being a very close 4 days prior to the start of classes), it was very clearly indicated that Fuse was not willing to entertain requests for accomodations, coldly and vaguely placing requestors on a waitlist. Similarly, while not contractually obligated to inform one that payments are due, the automated system waits for the four-day 30$ fee period after a payment is due to provide notice. For standard monthly payments, this is a reasonable and standard practice, but for initial payments, especially when automated communications outside of the leasing document are vague about due dates, it leaves a negative first impression. I am happy with Fuse, I enjoy the facilities and the community, but the negative first impression with the management company leaves one significantly uncomfortable. Fuse has a demonstrated track record of excellent service in my book, it remains a perfect option for housing close to campus, minor improvements to processes and procedures would only make it so much nicer!”

“I’ve had a great experience living at RISE on Chauncey. A lot of my friends live here too, which makes it really convenient and a lot more fun. It’s easy to study together, hang out, or just run into people you know around the building. The amenities are a huge plus and something I actually use regularly. The gym, study rooms, and common areas are well maintained and make day to day life much easier. The lounge is one of my favorite spots to relax or spend time with friends, and the beautiful views from the building are an added bonus that never get old. Overall, RISE has a great atmosphere, feels very social, and offers amenities that genuinely get used rather than just looking good on paper.”

“This is a review of solid first impressions of touring and signing a lease for my son, an admitted Purdue student. Sure hope that it remains this way in the future! When we visited the apartment complex, we were greeted warmly. Leasing agent, Madison, gave us a tour of a model 3 bedroom townhome. When my son saw a promotion for a month free of rent, he started a lease application based on the good impressions from our visit. Their AI phone system is pretty good in answering different types of questions, give it a try, if needed. When we needed human help, it was Madison again who was super helpful in getting us through the minor issues in the application process and setting up the resident portal in a very prompt fashion. Hoping that the pleasant attitude in customer service is maintained, and that the common, persistent issues reported by past residents are attended to by the management sincerely for a good experience of the residents. So far, it's been a good beginning, especially the welcoming attitude of the front office personnel.”

Ashley and Ladashai were super friendly and helped with everything, and Courtney made sure the whole process was quick and stress-free. My apartment was spotless, and I’ve had zero issues since. The gym is a nice bonus, and I love chilling on the porch when the weather’s nice.”
