“I’ve had a great experience living at RISE on Chauncey. A lot of my friends live here too, which makes it really convenient and a lot more fun. It’s easy to study together, hang out, or just run into people you know around the building.
The amenities are a huge plus and something I actually use regularly. The gym, study rooms, and common areas are well maintained and make day to day life much easier. The lounge is one of my favorite spots to relax or spend time with friends, and the beautiful views from the building are an added bonus that never get old.
Overall, RISE has a great atmosphere, feels very social, and offers amenities that genuinely get used rather than just looking good on paper.”

When we visited the apartment complex, we were greeted warmly. Leasing agent, Madison, gave us a tour of a model 3 bedroom townhome. When my son saw a promotion for a month free of rent, he started a lease application based on the good impressions from our visit. Their AI phone system is pretty good in answering different types of questions, give it a try, if needed. When we needed human help, it was Madison again who was super helpful in getting us through the minor issues in the application process and setting up the resident portal in a very prompt fashion. Hoping that the pleasant attitude in customer service is maintained, and that the common, persistent issues reported by past residents are attended to by the management sincerely for a good experience of the residents. So far, it's been a good beginning, especially the welcoming attitude of the front office personnel.”
“Apartments are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and the gym is well maintained. Getting to and from campus is convenient with the bus. Good place to live.”
“Ate at Happy China. Never been before. The food was really good and very hot. Dining area could use some decluttering as stock was sitting in boxes . Kinda put me off but food was excellent my new fav chinese place.”

Moving in was honestly the easiest part. Ashley and Ladashai were super friendly and helped with everything, and Courtney made sure the whole process was quick and stress-free. My apartment was spotless, and I’ve had zero issues since. The gym is a nice bonus, and I love chilling on the porch when the weather’s nice.”
“Son moved here in Aug 25. So far its been decent. Maintenance has been fairly prompt and courteous. Any inspections are pre-notified and we are properly informed of any entries by the staff. As these were some of the more affordable apartments in the area and have been around for some time I would say that for the price the apartments are in decent shape. Sure you could spend double and get a brand new complex if thats what your looking for.”

“Currently a resident here at fuse, in a 4x2 apartment, amazing facilities and staff and the apartments are huge and spacious and very modern. One distinctive thing is their outdoor grill which I haven’t seen in many recent apartments. It is also very close by to campus and all my classes so very convenient.”
