“i lived here for one year and i would do it again.pros: application, leasing, move-in were all super smooth. parking was always available right outside my apartment. there was never any noise and the location is great. rent is great price for the size and style of the apartment. the earlier you lease in the year, the cheaper price you get, and the leases are per person.cons: the apartment itself did have some minor issues like paint drippings all over the floor, loose railings, patched walls, dirty vents but those things come with renting. i used maintenance twice it was quick but not very helpful. only real complaint is that the windows aren't very well insulated so any level of sun heated the apartment greatly and caused higher electricity bills. overall i would recommend renting here especially for purdue students”

“The maintenance team is amazing! Nothing but great experiences with all of them. Terry is super helpful and always willing to help. The apartments are large and comfortable and easy to make feel like home. I've lived here for 2 years and would recommend it to my friends looking for an affordable large place off campus. Some minor issues are electric can get a little high in my opinion (about $40-$50 a month per person). I live in a building with only one parking lot so parking fills up and sometimes I have to walk quite a bit in a dimly lit parking lot. I will say I've never felt unsafe walking to my building but its cold and dark so it does suck that there aren't enough spots for my building. I also think the front desk staff seem to be uninformed and aren't the most willing to help with problems as well. All in all though I would recommend Lark just for the maintenance team, price, and space alone.”

“My children and I moved here after leaving our home of 10yrs. I was so scared of the change. We couldn’t be happier we moved. Our apartment is about the same size as our house was, no joke. Cut gym expenses & excuses for not going to gym by just walking 20ft to the properties gym.Office manager (Brenda), Maintnence, & security are beyond comforting. I’ve not met one bad neighbor yet. Staying in Tippecanoe School District was a must for me & my children. Everything is so close to us. We even got a new fur baby, and Sammy was just as accepted as we were. One happy tenant.”

“Today was move in day for our son and his roommate! We arrived to find a new floor installed throughout the apartment...YAY!!! But the two toilets were in the bathtub!!! No "yay!" for that one and the apartment had definitely not been cleaned. BUT, within the hour, a construction crew, led by "Wes", had installed the toilets and the cleaning crew, led by Alis, had thoroughly cleaned the toilets, tub, sinks, and kitchen!! A job well done with graciousness. We appreciated the prompt response to what could have been a disasterous disappointment. Thank you!!”

“The community is big and has good amenities especially within walking distance from the university and good eating options. Management is open ears to any issue and is resolved within a reasonable time. The apartments is pet friendly so the dog parks comes handy and my pup is adored on walks.”

“My review for here from a year ago was very negative. After living here for a year and the staff is more consistent and Covid ended, things have gotten better. Which isn’t to say that they don’t still have their problems. I do run into issues where I’m charged random charges and I have to go to the office and ask them why I’ve been charged extra money. They do often have answers right now, but we still have some issues. The new kitchen and new appliances are nice, even though the installation wasn’t perfect. I had to remove plastic from inside the oven.I’ve noticed the more patience you have with the staff the better they can answer your questions. Which is totally understandable.I renewed my lease”
