“We had a wonderful experience with Micah at Budget. We had an emergency and needed to obtain a rental car. We called and let Micah know we would be there very close to noon, as our car had died on exit 201 and he was what seemed to be the only car rental site open on a Sunday. Now, we did have to backtrack to get there but we made it and we were able to get a vehicle. I had left a few very special things outside when we left, having so much happening at once. I called him today, the morning after, to see if he could look for the items that belonged to my children. He took a few minutes and was able to locate the items outside of the building. Our safety was of course the most important thing but this made me extremely happy and my kids will be beyond happy as well.”
