“Great experience here.* We rented a car here in Nov, 2023.I was worried about getting a rental in the area with so many negative reviews about the different rental companies. We ended up at this location because it's close to the Purdue Campus.* The staff was super friendly and our experience was pleasant.* The car was in great condition and the process from walk-in to getting the keys were straightforward and simple. I can't remember the name of the employee who helped us but he was thorough with explaining different things to us and called us back afterwards to check how our experience was.* They have an after hours return of the vehicle as well. There's a overnight drop off kiosk for the car keys where you just park the car and drop the keys into the kiosk.I would definitely rent from here again.”

The customer service here is exceptional. They are really nice and helpful - even when they get a flood of people. I can't recommend this Hertz enough solely because of the kind and helpful employees that work here.”
