“Family express is a wonderful gas station. They have great sandwiches and fresh pizza! If you stop in don't forget to grab some doughnuts and cookies! They also have fresh fruit available! Fountain drinks are also great and you have a choice of extra flavors! You rack up points here pretty quickly so don't be shocked when you earn 50 cents off your next fill up! Become a member of their rewards and you will be happy that you did! Bathrooms are always clean and provide a new system to clean the seat every time! Sanitary concerns definitely are met here. “Love this place !!! I stop in to get my coffee ,in wee hrs in morning,while on my commute to work always in an out! Their coffee and cappuccinos taste fresh and great flavors and creamers. Also love that they have a variety of snacks that are different from all the gas stations that are in my small town like reese's covered animal crackers pack of cinnamon rolls with like 8 in that are decent size instead of mini pin wheels they have the giant honey buns great selection on granola bars and protein bars and I like that gas is way cheaper here gas be 3.75 n more where i stay as there this morning was 2.99/gal”
“Best Family Express in town! The store is always clean, even the bathrooms. The associates are always friendly. The shelves are always stocked and they are willing to look in the back for something you may need if it's not on the shelf. I wished they had a car wash and hot food. Other than that, this is my preferred Family Express location.”

“I always recieve great service from friendly staff. Even with being a super busy business the service is usually very timely, the store is almost always fully stocked with very little empty spaces on shelves. Can't say that I've got much of anything to complain or be negative about, surprise surprise!!P.S. Hands down this place has absolutely the best ice water, from the fountain machine, found in town. I also believe they have some of the best fountain soda in the area! Has to be one of the most consistent machines for syrup and carbonation mixes around as well, not too syrupy and just the right amount of bubbly!!!! Yes, I may have a slight addiction but shhhh don't tell anyone!!”

“They really should start employees at a living wage which would bring an incredible evolution to the mood here. Also where's the integration with the Upside app for those nice discounts on fuel and store purchases? I was using Speedway regularly until Upside started giving me better prices elsewhere but would definitely get back to Speedway should those prices bounce back to the bottom! This location is very easy to get into and out, rarely too busy, a bit odd side of the city for me that isn't a typical run but infrequently comes in real handy.”

The only issue I have had more than once, their card reader would not accept my card.
So I go across the road to Speedway and buy my gas there. Never have an issue like that at Speedway. But, I like Shell gas best!My car runs best on Shell gas.”

“01/09/23- Came to get E85 fuel. CJ was on duty wiping down counters when I walked in. CJ greeted me and made small conversation. When I was done I walked in for my change. CJ was sweeping. I was impressed that he had a great attitude for a late shift.
I live closer to Elmwood, but I don't mind the drive because they have a clean store and friendly staff. Tonight it was CJ who gets the shout out! I hope management gives him one too!”

“This marathon is my regular gas station/convenience store due to it's convenient hours (24/7) and close proximity to my house. The staff are usually professional and very efficient. They aren't huge on small talk, but that's honestly better in my opinion. The store is well stocked and very clean. The parking lot and gas pumps are well lit and have ample parking space and enough space to maneuver comfortably. Definitely recommend this shop if you need a convenience store or gas station in this area.”

“Me and the birds enjoyed this gas station trip thoroughly. The gas station attendant even struck up a conversation with my shyest government mandated emotional support surveillance drone; Gerald. Gerald is hard to connect with, but this young man had tenacity and gumption. He had guts. And that's something you don't see in this day and age. I wish I remembered that boys name. Anywho, knocking off a star because the bathrooms were less than savory, and gave Walter the ick. Keep doing what you're doing, guys!”

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Yesenia and Terron at this Speedway location.
Upon entering the store with my daughter, we were promptly greeted by Yesenia, who was attending to her duties despite being busy.
The store's clean and well-maintained soda, coffee, and Slurpee machines were all in working order. The chips are stocked. The hot foods are stocked along with clean nacho cheese and chips.
I walked in with my daughter to get her a drink and a snack using my T-Mobile app.
When issues arose with processing my coupon due to my limited proficiency with the T-Mobile and Speedway app Yesenia attempted to troubleshoot the problem and subsequently involved her manager, Terron.
Terron provided Yesenia and myself with guidance.
When I didn’t have the right passcode, Terron further assisted me in resetting my password. Terron was not upset; he wasn’t in a bad mood or sounded put out. He was very helpful and patient.
Terron waited for me and Yesenia to complete my transaction, and it went through just like he said it would.
Throughout the transaction, both Yesenia and Terron demonstrated exemplary customer service, remaining composed and courteous.
Their dedication to resolving the issue was impressive, and I am grateful for their assistance.
My Speedway (Elmwood) is walking distance from me but it’s always dirty. The machines are usually out of order and the employees have sent me away for trying to use my coupons.
Thanks to the exceptional service provided by Yesenia and Terron, I intend to conduct all my future business at this Speedway.
Their professionalism exemplifies outstanding customer care, and I hope they receive appropriate recognition for their efforts.”

“Unbeatable prices but I have only one complaint.. Everything is self checkout at the pump. But the pumps are shut down after hours? If there is no need for attendance during hours then how come I can’t just do the same at night? Pay at the pump?”
