I’m not sure his name I wish I would’ve asked but I believe it was the manager working front counter sat and helped me find every tool I needed and did it with a genuine smile on his face. We spoke about his chemo and I would’ve never known he was going thru any type of serious treatment like that by the way he was acting! Thank you to the Ferguson team and that gentleman specifically. Will be purchasing all my tools from Ferguson from here forward!”

“The employees at this particular location have been the kindest, most professional people I have encountered at Lowe's. Despite my family simply browsing prices for our future garden and patio setup, when we lost one of my youngest daughter's irreplaceable rain boots, discontinued design, several employees from across the store took the time to assist my family in trying to locate it with no luck. We thanked them for all of their help and support before we went home disappointed. Then, later that evening before they closed we received a phone call that informed us they had found it and were willing to stay late for us to get it back. This kindness has restored my faith that customer service and satisfaction has not disappeared from businesses today.”

“Service excellent. I bought a Rheem water heater and brought it home. Exterior box looked without blemishes. When I opened the box there was a dent. Likely a kick in the side of the water heater. Likely won't effect operation but I haven't set up yet and difficult to return.”
