He did a great job of keeping us informed of the process which was a lot with a whole kitchen full of new appliances to be installed and easily took care of a couple of glitches that occurred while assuring us that everything would be taken care of. He is a fantastic asset to your company !! Also the manager of the Lafayette store that we worked with did an amazing job as well and was so knowledgeable and patient! “I am a first year plumbing apprentice who asks a lot of questions and can whole heartdley say that my experience inside the store was the best of any supply house in the area. I’m not sure his name I wish I would’ve asked but I believe it was the manager working front counter sat and helped me find every tool I needed and did it with a genuine smile on his face. We spoke about his chemo and I would’ve never known he was going thru any type of serious treatment like that by the way he was acting! Thank you to the Ferguson team and that gentleman specifically. Will be purchasing all my tools from Ferguson from here forward!”

She connected with us, with the plumbers we were using, came up with a design for a shower door in a difficult to fit space, and did a great job of follow up. Unfortunately, this is not the type of business that one frequents often, but it is one that I will refer to my friends and clients.”

“I met a great guy today! Ed greeted me right when I walked in and had sooo much knowledge about his appliances! The fact that he's been repairing washers/dryers for 52 years says something!!! He was so nice and personable. I didn't buy today because I was running low on time but I will go back! Delivery and installation is priced perfectly too!”

“Lots of household products for improving your home! Some of the prices are VERY cheap! Some of the furniture though is overpriced. But, overall, a GREAT selection on an array of different household items including mirrors, fans, lawn equipment, tables, chairs, cabinets, lighting, trim, paint, wall putty, closet hangers, frames and artwork, hooks...the list goes on and on! Definitely recommend this place if you need something from Mernards and want to find it cheaper!”

“I rented a a Husqvarna riding mower it is a good one I hate the guard for the belt placement this makes it very difficult to reroute the belt, I'm trying to put it back on but literally no luck.
And I don't think this is something I can get help with through Aarons , because the belts the tires and the battery are the responsibility of the customer..
I will figure it out,,
Jen was very nice & helpful hopefully she got credited for my lease rental , I prefer working with her she's respectful and personable also professional, and she will return calls ,Jen works hard the best part of Aarons . I would also like to add the receptionist very nice and helpful .

“Service excellent. I bought a Rheem water heater and brought it home. Exterior box looked without blemishes. When I opened the box there was a dent. Likely a kick in the side of the water heater. Likely won't effect operation but I haven't set up yet and difficult to return.”
“I picked up an open-box MacBook Pro from the Greenwood Best Buy and the charging port was already broken when I got home. I went back there for help, but they weren’t able to do much.
I then tried the Lafayette location and had a much better experience. They looked at the laptop right away, confirmed the issue was there from the start, and offered to replace it with a new one.
Melissa, the store manager, was professional and genuinely helpful throughout. Everything was handled quickly and without any hassle.
Really good experience at the Lafayette store. In two days 2 different Bestbuy store each one handled the issue differently!”
