We went in here to look at their guinea pigs and we both were crying, not boo-hoo crying but there were tears involved with our silent devastation and shock that our guinea pig just suddenly died. Well, we were met by an employee named Aurora, and she was so thoughtful. Her kind, quiet words of empathy and genuine caring made such a different for my brother. She shared a story about one of her animals who died in a
horrifying way and it made my brother feel less alone. She offered to hug us at the end of thr conversation and she listened to my brother share his grief and sadness with authentic commiseration and she was just so lovely and kind. You guys should give her a raise! Lol.. but anyway it was very helpful and I just wanted to share that.

1909 Veterans Memorial Pkwy S Ste 130, LafayetteMy groomer Samantha moved to Simon and Halle's very recently. She does a pretty good job of a short Schnauzer cut with a teddy face. Trapper always looks very dapper when done. Salon is a bit more expensive so may just not get teeth brushing the next time to offset the cost. I can brush my pooches teeth, I just liked the convenience. Great job Samantha! See you in a few weeks! 😀

The doctor was very kind, knowledgeable and was able to help my kitty get on the path to recovery. The prices were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this vet office. I couldn't be more thankful to them for looking out for our pets.

He always has great advice, and knows how to keep our dogs calm when he’s visiting. Mobile services make getting vet care much more accessible, and I never feel like my bill is too much. We are always appreciative of his care.

652 Main Street, LafayetteMy gf and I went to 3 Breweries in Lafayette while in the area for a graduation. I can barely tell you about brewery #1 or brewery #3. What I will say is the nice lady behind the bar and the gentleman who seemed to be in enjoying a beer on his day off (an employee) were simply wonderful. They shared their pride in working for Thieme and Wagner and told the story of the brewery (which my gf and I were absolutely excited to hear). They were exuberant in their telling and were happy to share their thoughts (all positive) about the other breweries in the area. I may be back in Lafayette and if I am I will absolutely be back to Thieme. And Wagner because of these two employees.

101 Main St Suite 100, LafayetteI have been to Bru Burger many times- both at this location and in Indy. This was our go to restaurant for when we are in Lafayette for Purdue sporting events. Although there was nothing wrong with this experience, my enthusiasm for this restaurant has greatly declined because they paired down the menu. They got rid of some of their better/ more unique items. Honestly, their current menu is nothing exciting. It is the same fare you could get down the street at any Lafayette restaurant. Why would I go out of my way to come back there where it can be loud and crowded for food I could get anywhere. I would have rather paid a higher price for a better product. Overall...meh.

Natalie's Second Chance No Kill Dog Shelter
10 South 16th Street, LafayetteWe adopted 3 year old Attica in 2013 and 6 month old Diggity in 2015 from Natalie’s. They brought us so much joy, they moved with us all across the country and were present for all of our big moments in life. Sadly they both passed this year, the younger one from cancer and the older one from age related issues. We’re grateful for Natalie rescuing them and miss them dearly.
