6177 Main St, WhitestownMet Heavenly and Bree today, and they were outstanding. Bree was the manager on duty that had to help me but they were both superbly kind to me and my pup. Just over 3 months ago I bought a very heavy duty very long retractable lead for my dog because we hike everyday. It broke yesterday while on a hike, and I cannot afford my coonhound mix to get loose. He will take off and Chase anything and everything. The other lead was pretty pricey and I didn't have the receipt but since I was a member of their club she was able to look up and help me. I was so extremely relieved, and I ended up buying a higher end model. I previously purchased the pet supplies Plus brand but switched to a flexi. Again, I was extremely grateful because we were getting ready to head out and I desperately needed a lead for him and I really didn't want to have to buy a new one. I did pay for the difference for the upgrade. I had no problem with that. But again, I cannot think the ladies enough for their kindness and for the absolutely phenomenal custom service I received. I stopped shopping at a pet store down the road a few months back due to poor customer service. So pet supplies Plus definitely has my business and they're going to keep it. Thank you so much again.
