“Ryan at T-Mobile in Lafayette Sam’s club is tremendous. I’ve been a long time Verizon customer & most recently AT&T. I’ve heard the stories about poor reception with T-Mobile. Ryan adjusted my phone settings & I’m getting excellent reception. Ryan went way beyond not only helping me but also getting a great deal. T-Mobile paid the $1200 that I owed on my two iPhones. I went from $200 for my phones & watch and another $67 for internet to $105 for 4 lines, a watch, iPads & internet for $105! I was a director in a hospital for over 20 years supervising many people. It’s difficult to find people that really want to provide great customer service. Ryan is one of those people. Go see Ryan!”

“I switched to Medicap recently and I regret not doing so sooner. Natalie, the owner, is wonderful and so is the rest of her staff. Miranda in particular has gone out of her way to help with the transition. They are the kindest, courteous and truly respectful pharmacy group I’ve ever worked with and I could not recommend them more! I think it’s rare to have an entire pharmacy staff that shows an overall consistency regarding such positive interpersonal interactions with customers and I would say that reflects on how Natalie runs her business. “Easy to get to for the most part. Issues with people parking long term in pharmacy parking spaces though. (2 vehicles but no one waiting in line at pharmacy or in chairs outside of pharmacy area). Offers some basic over the counter products as well at good prices.”

“They have a female working there who talks about smoking a dead babies ashes who was murdered. They decided to talk down on my kids. We seen her at her job yesterday and she kept arguing back with me. Plenty of family and friends have memberships with you guys but no longer will if they are aware of the type of cruel ignorant workers you have working there! If nothing is done about Courtney Jones me and my family and friends will all be reaching out to corporate!!!”

“Meijer is the cheapest place I could find for my prescriptions. They give me no grief at all. Usually they are pretty fast at getting prescriptions filled. Gets a little bit difficult when it comes to filling a controlled substance but that isn't their fault. That's the state and federal government overstepping. The staff are professional at Meijer pharmacy in Lafayette.”

“Let me start by saying the pharmacy service was awesome!I had a horrible time trying to get my perscriptions filled at walmart and eventually had them sent to Walgreens where Lindsey saved the day! walmart sent my perscriptions to two different Walgreens locations and when I talked to Lindsey on the phone she got eveything straightened out. Not only did she fix it so they were all at this location but she filled and had my perscriptions ready for me within 10 minutes. Truly took a weight off my shoulders and I'll only use this pharmacy from now on.”

“My 2-year old woke up sick with an ear infection Christmas Eve and after a quick telemedicine appointment had an Rx sent to this CVS before they were open. When I arrived to pick it up shortly after they opened, the pharmacist graciously expedited the order and had me out the door in 5 minutes with a smile wishing for my son to feel better (and even offered to ring up my children's Tylenol at the counter!) I appreciated the compassion and cheer, especially whilst they were working the holiday!”
“We have been loyal customers for twenty-five years of the Walgreens on Old US Hwy 231. Even once we moved to the opposite side of town, we still continue to drive to this Walgreens because of the phenomenal customer service we get here. Everyone knows who we are and that makes a difference when we pull up to the window to get our prescriptions or walk up in the store. The employees that we usually interface with are professional, friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. Yes, there are times that it is difficult to have staff in the pharmacy, especially during covid. If the only pharmacist goes home sick or cannot come into work, they have to close the pharmacy and are not allowed to dispense medications. This is the law. I understand the frustration some of you have faced, because I have faced it too when that happens. Overall, in all the years we have been loyal customers, the pharmacy staff has gone out of their way to contact us about issues they have had with our insurance, or that we had medications that didn't have any refills remaining, or that we are behind in our vaccines so we should come in and get up-to-date on them. I could go on, but these are just for a few examples. What other pharmacy does these kinds of things? This one! The pharmacy staff is outstanding! I also have to give recognition to three of their employees who performed in an outstanding manner when my father fell as we were checking out the other day. The cashier was quick to get the wheelchair and help me get my father up. He asked if we wanted him to call 911 and did so for us in a calm, professional tone. Right away, two of the pharmacy staff came up to evaluate him and to take his blood pressure. They stayed with us until the ambulance arrived. We love this Walgreens and it's staff!! You can't get any better than this! Thank you to Dylan, Stacey, Sookkyung, Kelly, and Daniel along with all the other staff who do an amazing job each and every day!”
“Placed a vague order for a Hawaiian themed birthday cake. I asked for white whipped icing, light blue border, Hawaiian flowers, and text. It was BEAUTIFUL! They spent time on making it look absolutely perfect. Couldn't have been more impressed with the cake and decoration. Don't underestimate the bakery department at this Walmart!! Highly recommend! It was only $28 too! The woman I placed the order with was so helpful and the woman I picked it up from was so kind. Lovely experience all around!”

“We recently transferred pharmacy we live in Crawfordsville and we moved out here. I can stay without a doubt the staff year at this pharmacy is so friendly and so kind even the pharmacist is always very attentive. I know the pharmacy workers are pretty ran down right now and that was a big reason we were so overwhelmed with anxiety. Thank you From Crawfordsville CVS. They were so bitter all the time but the pharmacy staff here at S. 18th St. they are all wonderful and I’m sure they are overworked too, but they never let it breakdown their spirit toward the patient for client.”

“Went for Covid boosters. Confusion over online sign up which was annoying. We signed up for round 3 booster shot and when we arrived they had us in their system wanting round 1 vaccine. Took about 5-10 min to straighten it out so that we could proceed. Once that got cleared up it was a 5 min wait for the booster vaccine. That part went perfectly. So, a little hiccup at the beginning but overall good visit.”

“Jessica the shift lead has worked at this store 11 years. This amazing young woman helped up in an emergency when we needed printing for my sons robotics competition. We are from out of town and had to have some content we were short of and needed to pass out the next day. She was our hero, our teams hero and we are so grateful. Promote her, give her a raise.....whatever it takes. She took an extremely difficult project and found a way to get it done for us.

“Unbeatable prices but I have only one complaint.. Everything is self checkout at the pump. But the pumps are shut down after hours? If there is no need for attendance during hours then how come I can’t just do the same at night? Pay at the pump?”
