Once my Rifle arrived the staff aided me in the paperwork process all went smoothly and was extremely stress free. I'll also note their very reasonable transfer fee. I would highly recommend this location for the staff alone, but they also have quite the store and stock. And what's more American then picking up a gun at a Hardware store! 5 stars great location!”

“I would like to give a HUGE compliment to Ashley in customer service at the Lowe’s in Merrillville, IN!!! She is truly an amazing employee! I had purchased and paid for a generator online for curbside pickup. When I arrived at the store, Ashley let me know that the item hadn’t been picked in the store yet and the generator sold and was no longer available. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. After canceling the order I left and was calling around to find another generator and wasn’t having any luck. After about 10 minutes, Ashley called me and let me know that someone else had cancelled their order for the same one and wanted to know if I wanted it!!!! Needless to say, I said yes and hurried back to the store! She had it there waiting for me! Now that’s customer service!!!! Not all heroes wear capes and Ashley is definitely a hero!!! Our area has been hit hard with the storms and power outages and every employee I had interaction with was so kind and friendly!
