“Literally great customer service 10/10 I always go here I’m in and out with no problem and the people working in store are always friendly and respectful”
“When I came I got many discounts, they were very honest about all the products, and overall I had a very nice time communicating with him. We purchased screen protectors, iPhone, headphones and squishies. Adam gave us excellent customer service. absolutely, you are a man. OK we’ll be back.”
“Moe with the curly hair at Boost ii Merriville is the best. He had me in and out in 10 minutes with a new phone and everything transferred to my new phone. I would highly recommend boost and Moe. Doug z”
“Thank you to Ernst and staff who did their best to resolve a 7 day ongoing customer service issue with an online cell phone purchase at AT&T. Your professionalism was appreciated”
“I visited the the Portage, IN store and Nathan Starkey displayed the best customer service I have received in a long time. Nathan was very knowledgeable and courteous. Whoever trained this young man should be applauded. I thought about going to T-Mobile, but I’m going to stay with AT&T because of this young man.”
“The manager of this store worked with me and held a phone for me while I made my way from valpo to portage, and when I got there the service was awesome. Big thank you!”

“It was a small store along Central Ave in Lake Station Indiana. Maybe there is a side parking lot, im not sure because I came in the night time. Clerk was very friendly. He said Hello when I walked in. Store was clean and organized. Had only a few snacking items which was ice cream, 2 liter of pop, chips and candy bars on a shelf. Mostly tobacco items along with vapes. I was there to purchase a new vape. Reasonable prices and children must be accompanied with an adult. Allowed to try bought product in store before leaving for quality and reassurance that product wasnt defective. Recieved a coupon card for $2 off next vape purchase. I will return again. The item is purchased is in photos below.”
